2-Day Return Policy
You may return eligible products within 2 days of receipt.
Return Conditions
Please note:
- Products must be new, unused, sealed in their original packaging
- Any gifts or samples received with your order must also be returned
For Product Defect
If you received a defective or damaged product:
- Please contact us within the day you received your order and only in the same day
- Provide clear photos or video of the product along with a detailed description of the issue
- Once the issue has been reviewed and verified, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund
Return Shipping & Fees
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to the return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Return Processing Time
- Allow 4-7 business days for your return to arrive at our warehouse
- Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued
Cancellations & Unresponsive
- If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, you can do it without any charge
- If the order has already been handed over to the shipping company, delivery fees will apply
- Orders that are refused upon delivery or repeatedly returned due to customer unavailability may result in restricted access to future purchases
