2-Day Return Policy

You may return eligible products within 2 days of receipt.

Return Conditions

Please note:

  • Products must be new, unused, sealed in their original packaging
  • Any gifts or samples received with your order must also be returned

For Product Defect

If you received a defective or damaged product:

  • Please contact us within the day you received your order and only in the same day
  • Provide clear photos or video of the product along with a detailed description of the issue
  • Once the issue has been reviewed and verified, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to the return
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Return Processing Time

  • Allow 4-7 business days for your return to arrive at our warehouse
  • Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued

Cancellations & Unresponsive

  • If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, you can do it without any charge
  • If the order has already been handed over to the shipping company, delivery fees will apply
  • Orders that are refused upon delivery or repeatedly returned due to customer unavailability may result in restricted access to future purchases
