Order Processing Time
1-3 Business Days
Excluding Weekends and Public Holidays
Also Orders placed after 10AM will begin in processing on the following Business day.
Order Shipping Time
3-5 Business Days
According to your Geographic location
When your order is confirmed and processed, the delivery is within 3-5 Business days. The shipping fees are calculated at checkout depending on the delivery location.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is Processed, you will receive:
- An order confirmation Email and WhatsApp message
- After your order has shipped, a shipment notification containing your tracking number will be sent to you
In the event of any delays due to inventory availability or other unforeseen circumstances, our customer service team will help you.
Order Cancellation & Modification
If you want to cancel your order or modify it, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order number and your full name.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear.
Missing, Delayed, Returned Orders
If your Order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our Customer Support team with your order number. We will be happy to assist you.
Packages Returned to Sender
If your package is returned due to customer error (incorrect address, failure to receive), we would love to send it back for an additional shipping charge.
